Internal Account Manager

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships?Whether your background is in retail, account management or a call centre environment, this could be an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career. I am working with a client to recruit multiple Internal Account Managers to join a successful and growing business based in Normanton. This is a relationship-focused role where you'll manage existing customer accounts, identify opportunities to grow business and provide an exceptional service experience.
Key Responsibilities

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
Identifying opportunities to increase product usage and customer spend
Supporting customers with quotes, enquiries and product information
Carrying out proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective customers
Working towards individual and team sales targets
Maintaining accurate customer records and activity updates
Collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent customer outcomes

We're keen to hear from candidates with experience in:

Retail
Telesales
Call Centres
Account Management
Sales

You'll also have:

Strong communication skills
Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
A proactive and positive attitude
The ability to build rapport and relationships
Good organisational skills
A willingness to learn and develop
