School Administrator & Attendance Officer - About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and proactive School Administrator & Attendance Officer to join a welcoming primary school in Enfield. This full-time, term-time role is ideal for someone with previous school office experience who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in providing excellent administrative support.

As the School Administrator & Attendance Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring and recording pupil attendance, following up on absences, maintaining accurate school records, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. You will act as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff, answer telephone and email enquiries, and assist with general administrative duties.

Previous experience using SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom is highly desirable, and applicants should be confident using school management information systems to manage attendance, pupil records, and administrative processes efficiently.
