Administrative Assistant | Administrator | Project Administrator | Construction Administrator | Remote Administrator

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for experienced Administrative Assistants to support a major commercial construction project based in Central London.

This is a fully remote position offering an immediate start, with an initial 6-month contract and the potential for permanent opportunities for successful candidates.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator, Project Administrator, Construction Administrator, or Office Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting large-scale projects.

Key Duties

Provide day-to-day administrative support to UK operations.
Manage emails, calendars, and meeting schedules.
Prepare reports, documents, and professional correspondence.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
Support recruitment administration and contractor onboarding.
Assist with project coordination and general business operations.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative support role.
Experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Confident using Microsoft Office and standard business systems.
Ability to prioritise workload and work independently in a remote environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

What We Offer

£17.00-£21.00 per hour PAYE.
Fully remote working.
Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
Immediate start available.
Initial 6-month assignment with the potential for permanent employment.
Opportunity to support a major commercial construction project.
Ongoing support from Acorn by Synergie throughout your assignment.
