We are looking for a motivated and organised Office Junior Administrator to join my client on the outskirts of Burton-on-Trent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable office experience, whether you're just leaving college or have some previous administration experience.

You'll provide general administrative support across the business, assisting with processes and a variety of day-to-day office tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Answering telephone calls
Managing the shared inbox
Creating business opportunities and quotes
Assisting with the preparation and tracking of documents
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Supporting the Compliance Officer with record updates, data entry, booking vehicle maintenance, and arranging training courses

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Confident and eager to learn
Well organised with good attention to detail
A good communicator, both over the phone and via email
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Quick to learn new systems and bespoke software
Able to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks
