We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, market-leading food business looking to appoint a Customer Service/Sales Account Manager to join their commercial team in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys looking after existing customers, spotting opportunities for growth and delivering exceptional service. You'll inherit a portfolio of established accounts and play a key role in developing long-term customer relationships within a fast-paced, quality-focused business.

The business is ideally looking for someone who can join them as soon as possible, although they're happy to wait for the right person.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of key customer accounts, becoming their trusted point of contact while working closely with internal teams to ensure a first-class customer experience.

This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, identifying opportunities and making a real commercial impact.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing and developing a portfolio of established customer accounts
Building long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Identifying opportunities to increase sales and account value
Working closely with operations, procurement and logistics to deliver outstanding service
Resolving customer queries and ensuring a seamless customer experience
Managing forecasts, pipeline activity and achieving commercial targets

About You

We're keen to hear from people who:

Have experience in account management within foodservice, hospitality or the wider food industry
Enjoy building long-term customer relationships
Have a commercial mindset and can spot opportunities to grow existing business
Are organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Are confident communicating with customers and colleagues at all levels

Location: London (office-based)
Salary: £34,000-£38,000 + benefits
