Join Our Client as an Office Manager!

Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the business. This is a varied role combining business operations, facilities management, team leadership, and office support.

Key Details

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Location: Outskirts of Newcastle City Centre - free parking available
Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities

Support the General Manager with day-to-day business operations.
Manage HR processes alongside external HR consultants.
Oversee relationships with IT providers and office systems.
Take responsibility for facilities management, including building maintenance, utilities, telecoms, contractors, and workplace services.
Ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment.
Support client account management and service delivery improvements.
Assist with Health & Safety and compliance activities.

What We're Looking For

Experience in business support, office management, operations, or facilities management.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience managing suppliers, contractors, and support services.
A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
