Customer Service Advisor

Warndon - Worcester

£13.46 per hour

Temporary Ongoing Contract

Working hours

40 hours per week

1-hour unpaid lunch

Working 5 days out of 7

Shift rota within:

Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 6:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Sunday: 9:00am – 12:00pm

Rota pattern:

5-week rotation

Includes 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday per cycle (not on the same weekend)

The Company

Our client is a leading manufacturing organisation, with the customer service team acting as a key link between the business and its customers.

This is a long-term temporary opportunity, with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role

You will be part of a busy customer service team, delivering a high level of support to customers.

Customer Service

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries
Provide clear and accurate information on products and services
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
Log customer interactions accurately on the system (CRM)
Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Carry out basic troubleshooting where required
Work closely with other teams to resolve issues
Ensure all processes are followed, including data protection and compliance

Customer service

The Candidate

Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to stay calm and professional under pressure
Good problem-solving skills
Positive and customer-focused attitude
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or similar
Experience using CRM systems or SAP
GCSE Maths & English (Grade C/4 or above)
