Space 8 Recruitment are seeking a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our Client's thriving business in Kenilworth (office-based).

The Role:

Act as the first person on reception duties, including answering phones and welcoming clients in reception.
Log records in and out accurately.
Open and distribute incoming post.
Frank outgoing post.
Carry out scanning and document handling tasks.
Support with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Upload accounts to OpenSpace.
Assist with invoices.
Manage stationery orders.

What are we looking for?

A friendly, professional and approachable manner.
Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage a range of administrative tasks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling records, post and documents.
A reliable and flexible approach to work.
Confident using computers and willing to learn new systems, including OpenSpace.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A positive attitude and willingness to help with ad hoc office duties.
Previous reception or administration experience in an office is essential.
