Temporary Medical Secretary - Immediate Start
Outskirts of Tonbridge | £15.50 - £16.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | 4-Week Assignment which could extend

Are you an experienced Medical Secretary with a background in Primary Care? Are you available immediately and looking for a rewarding temporary opportunity within a busy healthcare setting?

Our client, based on the outskirts of Tonbridge, is seeking a Temporary Medical Secretary to join their friendly and supportive team for a 4-week assignment, starting as soon as possible.

The Role

Working alongside an established team of secretaries, you will provide essential administrative and secretarial support within a busy medical environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Typing and processing doctors' notes and correspondence
Managing patient queries and investigating issues as required
Sending out letters and medical correspondence
Maintaining accurate patient records
Using EMIS, Docman, and iPlato 2 systems

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous secretarial experience within a Primary Care/GP practice environment
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Experience using EMIS, Docman, and iPlato 2 preferred
Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Immediate availability
