Description

Oversee and process end-to-end payroll operations accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and relevant legislation.
Handle payroll queries and provide solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
Collaborate with the accounting and finance department to ensure seamless operations.
Prepare and submit payroll reports to relevant authorities when required.
Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary updates.
Support the team in improving payroll processes and systems.

Profile

A successful Senior Payroll Officer should have:

Proficiency in payroll systems and software.
Experience working in Bureau or Practice.
Experience managing end to end payroll.
Able to commute to our client's office in Nottingham.
A solid understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience working within the professional services industry is desirable.
