Are you a finance admin with UK school experience? If so, Aspire want to hear from you!

It is ADVANTAGEOUS that applicants have UK school experience and be proficient on Approval Max and XfE finance softwares as well as SIMS or Arbor experience.

You will be based in the school front office, so reception experience in a school is beneficial and general parent care!

You must be willing to work on a temporary to permanent basis as the school need consistency and reliability.

As a School Finance Admin your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
« Inputting details onto SIMS/ARBOR
« Dealing with parents / carers
« Bookkeeping & Accounting
« Budget tracking
« Fee Collection & Income

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FULLY REGISTER WITH US INCLUDING PROVIDING RIGHT TO WORK DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH OBTAINING AN ENHANCED CHILD WORKFORCE DBS THAT WILL BE PROCESSED BY US BUT COME AT A COST OF £56 (UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE REGISTERED ON THE UPDATE SERVICE).
