Sales Administrator

Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and issue sales invoices.
Maintain customer databases and CRM systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
Provide administrative support to the Sales team and assist with sales operations.
Handle general office administration, including emails, stationery management and other ad hoc administrative duties.
Deliver excellent customer service and support internal teams where required.
