What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be the friendly face behind our customer interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Responding to customer inquiries with enthusiasm and accuracy
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Assisting with administrative tasks to support our team's efficiency
Collaborating with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction
Addressing and resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus!
