We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Partridge Green on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have previous warehouse experience, including goods-in processes, stock control, maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment, updating stock systems, unloading deliveries, and ensuring stock is stored accurately.

Key Responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative:

Receive, inspect, and book in goods, maintaining accurate stock records
Process subcontractor-manufactured assemblies and prepare component kits
Unload, store, and move stock safely within the warehouse
Maintain high standards of warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and housekeeping
Carry out stock checks and support inventory control activities
Assist with packing, dispatch, and the timely fulfilment of customer orders
Support basic production and assembly tasks where required
Follow health and safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment

Requirements for the Warehouse Operative:

Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, goods-in, or stock control role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to handle and move stock and materials safely
Basic computer skills for stock booking and inventory systems
Flexible approach and willingness to support other operational areas when required.

Benefits, Salary and Hours for the Warehouse Operative:

Full-time, permanent position based in Partridge Green
Salary between £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with an early finish at 4:30pm on Fridays

23 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays and a Christmas shutdown
