Description

Prepare and format legal documents, including contracts and correspondence.
Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the legal team.
Handle communication with clients, ensuring queries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
Maintain and update client files and records accurately.
Assist with the submission of legal forms and other documentation to relevant parties.
Conduct property searches and liaise with external organisations as needed.
Provide general administrative support to the Residential Property department.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all tasks.

Profile

A successful Legal Secretary - Residential Property should have:

Previous experience in a similar legal secretarial role, ideally within Residential Property.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive and professional approach to work.
