Temporary Admin Assistant
Location: Kingston | Immediate Start | Temporary Assignment Until August (potential extension)
Salary: £13.00 - £14p/h + Holiday Pay + Agency Benefits
Hours: 9-5pm*1-day WFH after training
Start: Immediate Start

Are you an organised and proactive Administrator looking for a flexible part-time opportunity? Our client, a well-established, family-run business is seeking a reliable Admin Assistant to support their busy team on a temporary basis until August, with possible extension into September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive business where your attention to detail and administrative expertise will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Providing general administrative support across the business
Checking, processing and organising invoices and records
Maintaining spreadsheets and ensuring data accuracy
Assisting with data entry and system updates
Supporting order processing and internal coordination
Managing emails and general correspondence
Assisting with ad hoc administrative duties as required

About You

Previous administration experience is preferred
Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential
Experience using NetSuite would be highly advantageous
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to manage workload effectively and work independently
Positive, proactive and team-focused approach
