Forklift Operative - Thurrock

£13.00 per hour + overtime

Hours

4 on / 4 off (2 days 06:00–18:00 / 2 nights 18:00–06:00)
May also be available on permanent nights, 18:00–06:00 4 on 4 off

The role of Forklift Operative:

Safely operating a counterbalance forklift to offload pallets into the yard and load pallets ready for delivery.
Ensuring pallets are stored correctly and safely within the yard.
Supporting the yard operations team with pallets that require attention or repair.
Checking the quality of pallets on arrival and before delivery.
Collecting and ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared for the office.

The ideal Forklift Operative:

Valid counterbalance forklift license.
Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or yard environment.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Flexible, reliable, and safety-conscious.

We are looking for a reliable Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join their yard operations team.
