Executive Assistant

Location: Slough | Temporary Full-Time Position

What You'll Do:

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the executive team operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing busy calendars and scheduling appointments
Preparing and organising documents for meetings
Handling correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
Assisting with project management and administrative tasks
Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant ideally C-Suite Level for a Corporate Head Office
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
A knack for problem-solving and a proactive approach to tasks
