3.5T Van Driver – Droitwich - Real Living Wage

Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting for experienced and reliable 3.5T Van Drivers to join our client's busy delivery operation in and around Droitwich. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for a 3.5T Van Driver who enjoys being on the road, providing excellent customer service, and working as part of a professional team.

Location: Droitwich
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, starting between 5:00 am and 6:00 am – No Weekends

The Role

As a 3.5T Van Driver, you will be responsible for completing approximately 40–50 multi-drop deliveries per day to hospitality and business customers across Droitwich and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a 3.5T van to complete daily multi-drop deliveries.
Load your vehicle each morning, ensuring goods are secure and handled with care.
Deliver orders to hospitality and business customers in a professional and timely manner.
Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures.
Provide excellent customer service on every delivery.
Keep the vehicle clean and roadworthy, reporting any defects promptly.
Ensure all deliveries are completed safely and within agreed timescales.

Requirements

To be successful as a 3.5T Van Driver, you will need:

A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
Previous multi-drop delivery experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of the area and the surrounding areas.
To be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
A reliable, punctual and customer-focused approach.
A smart and professional appearance.

What We Offer

£13.45 per hour.

Monday to Friday working pattern – no weekends.

Please note that all successful 3.5T Van Driver applicants will be required to attend an initial interview on site. If successful, you will then complete a three-day company induction and route training programme before starting work.
