Location: Exeter

Salary: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break)

The Company:

We are recruiting on behalf of an organisation based in Exeter who are seeking temporary reception support for a 13-week period from Monday 10th August.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a friendly and professional individual with strong customer service skills to join a welcoming team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm and professional service while supporting with general administration duties.

The Role:

Welcome visitors and act as the first point of contact for the organisation
Answer and manage incoming telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Provide excellent customer service to visitors, clients and colleagues
Handle general enquiries and provide accurate information
Support with general administration tasks including emails, data entry and updating records
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
Work closely with the wider team to provide administrative support where required

Skills, Experience & Knowledge Requirements:

Previous reception, customer service or administration experience essential
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional approach
Confident working in a people-facing role and representing the organisation
Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems quickly
Presentable, reliable and approachable with a positive attitude
Enhanced DBS check required (or willingness to complete one)
