German speaking Customer Service Executive

Location: Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire (just 30 minutes by direct train from London Euston)
Salary: £30,000 per annum, plus bonus opportunity
Start Date: July/August 2026

Our client is a leading global manufacturer with an excellent reputation for quality and innovation. They are currently seeking a German speaking Customer Service Executive to join their friendly and collaborative international team.

The Role

As a German speaking Customer Service Executive, you will provide comprehensive B2B customer support to clients and sales representatives across Germany. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth processing of orders and export activities.

Key Responsibilities

Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Respond to customer enquiries promptly, providing effective solutions and outstanding service.
Prepare and issue customer quotations.
Support the external sales team, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly.
Attend weekly and monthly team meetings.

About You

Fluency in both German and English.
Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales support or a similar office based role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
The ability to prioritise a busy workload and work effectively under pressure
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary
£30,000 per annum plus bonus opportunities.
