Employee Relations Operations Administrator - Castle Bromwich

The role of Employee Relations Operations Administrator:

Provide professional HR support to manufacturing facilities across the West Midlands, with a focus on absence management
Manage short- and long-term absence cases, implementing tailored support measures to improve employee outcomes
Deliver absence management training to stakeholders, empowering them to manage attendance effectively
Collaborate with Employee Relations Administrators to align policies, standardise best practices, and contribute to key projects
Partner with Occupational Health services to ensure timely interventions and reduced absence durations
Promote and encourage the use of wellbeing resources to drive positive employee support and outcomes
