Description

Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the real estate team.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments for legal professionals.
Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
Handle client communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
Maintain and update case management systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Coordinate the filing and submission of legal documents to relevant parties and authorities.
Support with billing processes and expense management.
Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required by the team.

Profile

A successful Legal Secretary - Real Estate should have:

Previous experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role within the professional services industry.
Strong knowledge of document formatting, proofreading, and legal correspondence.
Proficiency in using MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy workload effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and team members.
