Description

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information about services and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Assist in improving customer service processes by providing feedback and suggestions.
Support the team in achieving key performance indicators and service goals.
Uphold the organisation's values and ensure a positive experience for all customers.

Profile

A successful Part-time Customer Service Advisor should have:

Previous experience in a customer service role.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering high-quality service.
Can commit to part-time 25 hour week working hours.
