Temporary Administrator - Denny, Stirling

Hours

Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 3:00pm
Temporary Assignment | 2-3 Weeks

The role of Temporary Administrator:

Managing incoming calls, emails and general enquiries
Processing invoices and raising purchase orders using Sage
Maintaining accurate records, databases and filing systems
Updating spreadsheets and preparing business documents
Liaising with customers, suppliers and colleagues to resolve queries
Supporting the day-to-day administration of the office
Ordering office supplies and assisting with general office coordination

The ideal Temporary Administrator:

Has previous office administration experience
Has hands-on experience using Sage
Is confident raising and processing purchase orders
Possesses strong IT, communication and organisational skills
Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Can work independently and manage their workload effectively
Enjoys being part of a small, close-knit team
Is reliable, adaptable and professional in their approach
