Hours

Temporary (Flexible Shifts)

The role of Chef:

Preparing and cooking high-quality meals in line with hotel standards.
Assisting with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and function service as required.
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Ensuring stock is handled correctly and minimising waste.
Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with food safety regulations.

The ideal Chef:

Previous experience working as a chef in a hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of food hygiene procedures.
A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred).
Own chef whites and knives are desirable.
