Compliance Administrator
Location: Battle
Salary: £32,300 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Vector Recruitment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing specialist contractor delivering utilities projects across the South of England.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive team, playing a key role in maintaining compliance across the business while developing your career within the utilities and infrastructure sector.

The Role
Working closely with the Compliance Manager, Operations teams and Engineers, you'll help ensure the business meets its health & safety, quality and environmental obligations by:

Maintaining compliance records, document control systems and management databases
Supporting the administration of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
Coordinating training records, competency matrices and certification renewals
Preparing documentation for internal and external audits
Managing client and supplier compliance portals
Assisting with PQQs, tender submissions and accreditation documentation
Producing compliance reports, KPI data and management information
Supporting the ongoing development of company policies, procedures and compliance processes

About You
You'll ideally have:

Previous experience in a Compliance Administrator, Quality Administrator, Health & Safety Administrator, HSEQ Administrator or similar support role
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience maintaining records, databases and document control systems
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues, clients and external organisations
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Experience within utilities, construction, civil engineering, drainage, infrastructure or a similar industry would be advantageous, as would knowledge of ISO management systems.
