Nursery Deputy Manager - Help Make Every Day Magical!

Location: Liverpool

Salary: Up to £31,000

Hours: 40 hours per week

Nursery Deputy Manager - What you'll be doing:

Supporting the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursery.
Leading, motivating, and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional care and learning experiences.
Acting as Manager in the Nursery Manager's absence, ensuring the nursery continues to operate smoothly.
Promoting high standards across the setting, including EYFS, safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance.
Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Supporting staff development through coaching, mentoring, and leading by example.
Helping to create a nurturing environment where children feel confident, happy, and excited to learn.

Nursery Deputy Manager - What we're looking for:

A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Childcare/Early Years.
Previous experience in a Senior Room Leader, Third in Charge, Deputy Manager, or similar leadership role within an early years setting.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
A positive, organised, and proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting children, families, and colleagues.
Above all, someone who is committed to delivering exceptional early years education and care every day.
