The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and adaptable secretary to join the firm as a Hub Legal Secretary, providing flexible secretarial support across whichever department needs it at any given time. No two days will be the same - you'll gain broad exposure across the business while playing a key role in keeping things running smoothly for fee earners and their teams.

Typical responsibilities will include:

Providing responsive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners across multiple departments as required
Audio and copy typing of correspondence, documents and legal paperwork
Diary and email management
Liaising with clients professionally, both on the phone and in person
Preparing and formatting documents to a high standard
General administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office

About You

Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is highly desirable, but not essential
Established secretaries from other professional sectors with strong administrative or PA experience are warmly encouraged to apply
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different teams and priorities
Strong typing accuracy and speed
A professional, personable manner and excellent communication skills
Comfortable working autonomously and prioritising a varied workload
