Sales Office Administrator

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with a leading name in their industry? Our client is seeking a dedicated Sales Office Administrator to join their dynamic Scheduling Office team in Bagshot. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a vital part of a thriving business!

Position: Sales Office Administrator

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Hourly Rate: £14.60

Working Pattern: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

Working Hours: 5 days a week, you will be required to work weekends. You'll be expected to work on a rota basis, with the following hours:

8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Enjoy a day off during the week when you work a weekend shift!

What You'll Do: As a Sales Office Administrator, you will be at the heart of the operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will work closely with a team of administrators and be responsible for:

Booking and managing all Sales Designer appointments
Acting as a crucial link between over 200 Designers, showrooms, and internal departments
Supporting the Sales Office Manager to keep the office organised and efficient
