£40,000- £45,000 + Monday to Friday + 4:00pm Finish + Overtime at Time and a Half + Progression into Management + Pension + Company benefits

Are you a Bathroom Fitter looking for stable Monday to Friday work for a small family-run company with full autonomy to manage your own work load, with optional overtime and progression into lead installer available as the company expands?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, family-run business delivering high-quality bathroom installations across the local area. You will be trusted to manage your own jobs, working from completed designs and measurements with a high level of independence.

The company is continuing to grow and can offer long-term stability, regular overtime and progression into greater responsibility as the business expands.

The Role:

Complete bathroom installations from start to finish
Carry out tiling, fitting, plumbing and finishing work
Work from designs and measurements provided by the Director
Manage your own workload across customer sites
Work predominantly on bathroom projects, with occasional kitchen installations
Monday to Friday, days-based role
Regular overtime available, paid at time and a half

The Person:

Bathroom fitting experience
Strong tiling skills
Able to complete installations independently
Comfortable working in customers' homes
Reliable, professional and quality-focused
Full UK driving licence
