Immediate Start Required

We're currently recruiting for a Temporary Data Entry Administrator to join our client's team on a 3 month temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Your main responsibility will be ensuring all records and documentation are accurately entered and maintained on the company's internal systems, keeping everything compliant and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately input data onto internal systems.
Maintain compliance by ensuring all records are complete and up to date.
Check documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Update customer and employee records where required.
Support the wider administration team with general admin tasks.
Identify and resolve any data discrepancies.
Ensure all information is handled confidentially and in line with company procedures.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in an administration or data entry role.
Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience using databases or CRM systems.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
A proactive and reliable approach to work.
