What You'll Do:
As a Client Account Administrator, you will be the heartbeat of our client relationships, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Managing client accounts with precision and care.
Responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Collaborating with various departments to ensure client needs are met.
Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Who You Are:
We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in administrative roles, preferably in logistics or transportation (not essential but a bonus!).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
