ROLE: Warehouse Operative
LOCATION: Nether Heyford, NN7, Northampton
HOURS: 9am - 6pm - 5 out of 7 days (various shifts available)
PAY: £12.71 per hour

Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-growing e-commerce business based in NN7 area, who is looking to expand their team of Warehouse Operatives to support their growing warehouse operations.

THE ROLE

Accurately pick and pack customer orders
Prepare items for dispatch, ensuring orders are packed securely
Sort parcels and organise stock within the warehouse
Use warehouse systems to confirm order and stock information
Follow instructions and maintain excellent attention to detail
Keep work areas clean, safe and organised
Follow all health and safety guidelines at all times

THE REQUIREMENTS

Previous warehouse experience (picking/packing) beneficial
Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy
Reliable, punctual and able to meet daily targets
Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift
A positive attitude and good teamwork skills
Must be prepare for heavy lifting
Must be able to work full time
