What You'll Do:
As our Receptionist, you will be the face of our company! Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming Guests: Greet visitors with a smile and ensure they feel right at home.
Managing Calls: Answer and direct incoming calls with enthusiasm and clarity.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.
Scheduling: Help coordinate appointments and meetings, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the reception area tidy and inviting for all visitors.

What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

A friendly and approachable demeanour that shines through in every interaction.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive attitude, ready to tackle challenges with a smile.
Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is a plus, but not mandatory!
