Join Our Team as a Planned & Complex Works Planner!

Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge in the housing sector? We are seeking a skilled Planned & Complex Works Planner to join our dynamic team in Camden, Greater London, on a temporary basis starting July 20, 2026. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for organising and coordinating, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Work Allocation & Scheduling: Review incoming repair requests, assign jobs based on priority and skillset, and manage schedules to meet SLAs.
Demand Management: Triage workloads to identify emergencies and high-priority issues, ensuring efficient resource utilisation.
Communication & Coordination: Serve as the vital link between operatives, contractors, and customer service teams, providing clear instructions and timely updates.
Customer Appointment Management: Arrange and confirm appointments, handle rescheduling, and proactively communicate with customers to enhance their experience.
Monitoring & Reporting: Track live jobs against targets, identify delays, and ensure accurate job closure and system data for decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Strong communication abilities and a customer-centric approach
Proficiency in system management, preferably with experience in Salesforce
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
