Senior Executive Assistant

Senior Executive Assistant Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

Managing complex diaries and scheduling for senior leaders, ensuring priorities are met efficiently to support organisational objectives.
Arranging high-level meetings, preparing agendas, compiling reports, and accurately documenting minutes to facilitate effective decision-making.
Acting as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills.
Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries, maximising logistical efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Handling sensitive correspondence and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Supporting project administration and tracking deadlines to ensure seamless workflow.
Organising events and external engagements aligned with strategic priorities.

Senior Executive Assistant Experience Essentials

Extensive experience providing senior administrative support, ideally supporting C-suite or senior executives.
Experience supporting in complex, fast-paced environments, preferably within large-scale organisations.
Exceptional diary management and organisational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.

Location

This role is based in a central, accessible area well connected by various transport links. It is a fully office-based position with core hours from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional travel within the UK may be required. The role does not support hybrid working.
