The role of Administrator:

Carry out a variety of general office administration duties
Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word on a daily basis
Manage incoming and outgoing emails
Update and maintain accurate records and documentation
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office
Assist with general administrative tasks as required

The ideal Administrator:

Previous experience in an Administrator, Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant or similar office-based role
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Reliable with the ability to work independently and manage your workload
Good communication skills and a professional approach
