Hours

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (1 hour for lunch)
Start date: Immediate or our client can wait if you require 4 weeks notice

The role of French Customer Service Advisor *Hybrid *£26k - £28k:

Liaise with customers and suppliers in France
Process customer orders for engineering parts
Respond to any queries on the telephone and on e-mail
Build relationships with customers
Update customers about deliveries
Handle occasional complaints

The ideal French Customer Service Advisor *Hybrid *£26k - £28k:

Bi lingual French and English is essential
Previous experience within a Customer service office environment
Experience of processing customers orders
Knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel
