The role of FLT Counterbalance Driver - Northampton:

Operating FLTs in a busy, fast-paced warehouse operation based in Swan Valley, Northampton
Operating 3.5-tonne double pallet handlers
Carrying out some manual handling duties
Working as part of a professional team where safety, efficiency, and reliability are valued

The ideal FLT Counterbalance Driver - Northampton:

Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience
Valid B1 FLT Counterbalance Licence
Proven experience operating FLTs in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Experience operating 3.5-tonne double pallet handlers (essential)
Strong commitment to health and safety procedures
Physically fit and comfortable with some manual handling duties
D1 Reach Licence advantageous, but not essential
