Registered Nurse - RGN

Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire
Salary: £22.39 per hour
Hours: 24 hours per week

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse - RGN to join our friendly team at our well-established 55-bed general nursing home in Nuneaton. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and making a real difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care in a safe, supportive, and homely environment. You will work closely with colleagues, residents, families, and healthcare professionals to promote the highest standards of nursing care.

Key Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse:

Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans
Administer and manage medications safely and effectively
Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, responding appropriately to changes in condition
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
Lead and support care staff during shifts
Liaise with GPs, community healthcare teams, residents, and relatives
Promote dignity, independence, and choice for all residents
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies

What We're Looking For in our Registered Nurse:

Current NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
A caring, compassionate, and professional approach
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Commitment to delivering outstanding person-centred care
Previous nursing home experience is desirable but not essential
