Temporary Data Administrator - Leeds (LS15)

Location: LS15, Leeds
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:00pm)
Hybrid Working: Work from home on Mondays and Fridays
Contract: 3-4 month temporary assignment with the potential to be extended
Start Date: ASAP

We're recruiting for a Data Administrator to join a busy logistics team in Leeds. This role is ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and experience working across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately processing high volumes of data and invoices
Using Excel to update, manage, and validate information
Working across multiple internal systems to maintain accurate records
Ensuring data is entered correctly and discrepancies are identified and resolved
Supporting the logistics team with administrative and data processing tasks
Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to resolve queries efficiently

What We're Looking For:

Previous administration or data entry experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using multiple systems
Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently
Strong organisational and time management skills
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
