Description

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate and clear information regarding services and processes.
Resolve customer issues effectively, escalating where necessary to the appropriate department.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
Adhere to organisational policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and reporting trends in customer feedback.
Support additional administrative tasks as required by the department.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the public sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems and databases for record-keeping and communication.
Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
An ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
