The People & Culture Admin will provide essential administrative support to the Human Resources department within the business services industry. This part-time role based in Croydon offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of HR operations in a professional environment.

Description

Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and preparing documentation.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience.
Support the HR team in managing payroll and benefits administration.
Prepare and distribute internal communications, such as policy updates or announcements.
Respond to HR-related queries from employees and escalate as necessary.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements.
Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department.

Profile

A successful People & Culture Admin should have:

Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within human resources or business services.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Understanding of HR processes and policies is advantageous.
