School Administrator
Location: South East London
Hours: Full-time (Monday-Friday)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We're looking for an organised, friendly, and proactive School Administrator to join a welcoming school in South East London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy environment and making a positive contribution to the daily running of a school.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the school reception and welcoming visitors, parents, and pupils.
Answering telephone calls and responding to emails professionally.
Maintaining accurate pupil records and school databases.
Supporting attendance, admissions, and general school administration.
Preparing letters, reports, and other documentation.
Assisting with diary management, meetings, and events.
Providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and wider school staff.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Previous administration experience (school experience is desirable but not essential).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience using school management systems such as Arbor, SIMS, or Bromcom is an advantage.
A professional, approachable, and flexible attitude.
