Description

A Successful Senior Brand Activation Manager will have the following responsibilities:

Develop and execute brand activation strategies to enhance market presence.
Coordinate with internal marketing teams and external agencies to ensure campaign alignment.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimise results.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touch points.
Manage budgets effectively to maximise return on investment.
Identify and leverage market trends to develop innovative activation initiatives.
Collaborate with sales teams to align brand activation plans with business objectives.
Prepare and present reports on campaign performance to stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Senior Brand Activation Manager should have:

A strong background in FMCG marketing or brand activation, ideally in beauty, wellness or similar.
Proven experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance.
Strong project management and organisational abilities.
Solid understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
