Office Administrator / Audio Typist

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

We are looking for an experienced and organised Office Administrator / Audio Typist to provide comprehensive administrative support to a Partner and the wider team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy office environment, has excellent typing skills, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing day-to-day administrative support to a Partner and team members.
Managing incoming telephone calls, emails, and general correspondence in a professional manner.
Audio typing and preparing, formatting, proofreading, and editing documents, reports, and letters.
Maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
Ensuring all documentation is produced to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office and assisting with additional administrative tasks as required.

About You:

Previous experience in an office administration role is essential.
Fast and accurate typing skills, including audio typing experience.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using office systems.
Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and work independently.
