Executive Assistant

Leeds (On-site)
£30,512 - £32,221
37 hrs/week, Mon-Fri 08:00-16:00 (flexibility required)
Term time + 10 days | Immediate start

We are seeking an organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a leading multi-academy trust in Leeds.

Key Duties

Manage CEO diary, meetings, travel, and priorities
Coordinate projects, events, and school improvement activities
Prepare reports, presentations, and board documentation
Act as key contact for stakeholders, trustees, and partners
Lead communications, including a weekly staff newsletter
Support governance (minutes, agendas, compliance)

About You

Strong administrative and diary management experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Able to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Confident using MS Office and digital systems

Requirements

DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
Flexibility for occasional evening meetings/travel
