We are recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy and professional organisation based in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, providing administrative support and working as part of a friendly team. If you have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and enjoy working in a varied office environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing administrative support across the business.
Managing incoming telephone calls, emails and correspondence.
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
Preparing documents, reports and general office correspondence.
Scheduling appointments, meetings and diaries where required.
Processing paperwork and ensuring documentation is completed accurately.
Supporting colleagues with a range of administrative tasks.
Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
Filing, scanning and maintaining confidential records.
Assisting with general office administration to ensure the smooth running of the department.

About You

Previous experience in an administration or office support role.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Professional and approachable manner.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience working with internal systems or databases would be advantageous.
