Description

Creating and maintaining plans to support business demand.
Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure plans are feasible and aligned.
Monitoring production progress and adjusting plans in response to change.
Identifying and supporting improvements to planning processes and workflows.
Maintaining accurate planning data within relevant systems.
Supporting service, efficiency, and delivering objectives across operations.

Profile

A successful Material Planner should have:

A sound understanding of planning, supply chain, and related processes within a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical capability, with the ability to work confidently with data and planning information.
Experience using planning, scheduling, or inventory related systems.
The ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
A proactive, organised approach with the confidence to address issues as they arise.
